Game Face 2.0

After a spectacular debut appearance earlier in the season, where pundits showered their praise upon it and touted it for great things, it has returned as prophesied..... Its GAME FACE 2.0!

Due to difficulties that would bore you it has taken longer to deliver than expected since being recorded on 4th March but I bet the wait was worth it!

Apologies about some of the audio quality consequences of the difficulties mentioned earlier.

Women's Football Varsity 2010

Nottingham University Women’s football club looked to end six long years of Varsity heartache in their match with Nottingham Trent’s representative XI at Notts County’s Meadow Lane ground. Coming off the back of some slightly disrupted but overly successful preparations, they took to the pitch in high spirits, confident that they could indeed overcome their poor previous record and notch up another point for Nottingham University in the series.

Men's Hockey - Match Report

Under the floodlights of Beeston hockey club was where Men’s Varsity Hockey was to take place after having watched the Women unfortunately succumb to an unfairly heavy defeat in a game that proved to be much scrappier than expected. All eyes fell upon the main event of the evening and a decent crowd had appeared to line the sidelines and the balcony. Everything was to play for as as it stood if Trent won they would be crowned CRY Charity Varsity 2010 Champions with the series standing as it did 7-5!

Women's Rugby - Match Report

The precursor to the main event proved to be a much better spectacle for all Uni’s fans, and it was shocking that there were not more. Although not quite as high scoring as the Men’s event, Women’s Rugby Varsity was edge-of-the-seat thrilling rugby. The individual performances coupled with a titanic forward effort dragged Uni over the finish line in poll position against a much bigger Trent team.
