Superhero Casting, Band Aid 30, and Christmas Feelgoodiness: The Popular Table – 07/12/2014

7th December 2014

Good evening!
Here is the final blogcast of 2014, and it’s very festive!

In part one, our mega panel comprised of David, Mike, Sam, Victoria, and Dario discuss some interesting news they’ve encountered this week, the Irish institution that is The Late Late Toy Show, and recent superhero casting news.

Part two is a discussion of Band Aid 30. Is it a good thing? Or is it an inherently flawed and problematic idea?

Part three, the final part of the show, is dedicated 100% to Christmas merriment, as the gang looks at some of their favourite Christmas TV, movies, and music.

That just about wraps it up for now. Thank you very much for tuning in every week, we hope to see you again in the new year. Have a good one!
