Freeganism – Are student’s next?

On Wednesday, the Pulse team debated the concept of Freegans. You can find out more about Freegans, who are those who deliberately opt out of societies economic system by getting their food out of supermarket skips and living in a rudimentary lifestyle, here.


In order to find out how students of Nottingham react to the concept of Freeganism, intrepid Pulse reporter Anna went into Mooch to try and scavenge for some students leftover food, with interesting results…

The team in the studio then debated the story, with opinions mixed over whether this is likely to become a policy adopted by students here in Nottingham!
