5-a-day Fruit and Veg goes up to 7

The Pulse spoke to Dr Mike Knapton from The British Heart Foundation about the increase in the recommended intake of fruit and vegetables rising from 5 to 7.

Dr Knapton explained the reasons behind the increase, if he thinks it will work and shares some advice with students on how to achieve this.
