Today on The Pulse we continued on from yesterday's story on Student Finances by providing you with a few money saving tips. Here are a few ideas from Nottingham Students...

However the show today was extremely varied as we went from Student Finances to the various methods of contraception. As students this is an issue that is frequently mentioned so we provided you with a guide to help you choose your preferred method of contracaception. This is to make sure you can stay safe during your time here in Nottingham and of course in the years after! The Pulse team were very pleased to see that this information did sink in as we quizzed Tom and Jessi on what they had learnt...

For more information on contraceptive methods log on to http://www.netdoctor.co.uk

That was all from The Pulse today but don't forget to listen in again tomorrow between 5 and 6!

And with the maximum manintenance loan being just under £5000, its virtually impossible to afford basic living expenses without help.
