Lord Browne's review of Higher Education and student funding was released this morning.
It suggested scrapping the cap on tuition fees in England which means that universities would no longer face limits on how much they can charge. Business Secretary Vince Cable has given the governement's approval.

Facebook: Finally you don't need to panic about your parents!

On today's Pulse we spoke about the recent changes that Facebook has made to its settings.
Have you ever worried about your parents or those you work with seeing certain photos? Well that may all be about to change with the introduction of a new 'groups' feature on Facebook.
This feature will allow you to share different types of information will smaller groups of people, and make it easier to decide who can and can't see what you share and post on the popular social networking website, according to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
These new features may also be an attempt by Facebook to address some of these criticisms and give users more control over their information.
