During my three years at university I have been actively involved in university life. There have been numerous Education Officers over the years, with an impressive history of involvement with the SU. Nevertheless can you remember what these people have achieved in office? I may have relatively little experience in the SU, but I intend to work hard for positive visible change for each student. Some candidates may believe their experience entitles them to a position in office. I believe that it is not what you have done that counts, but what you are going to do.

• Launch of an annual graduate careers fair
• Raise awareness of bursaries and scholarships and increase those for students from less privileged backgrounds
• Rework the system of receiving exam results
• Increase number of computers available for student use
• Greater visibility of your student representatives
• Respond actively to your concerns
• Better wireless connection for all campuses
